Youri Djorkaeff, the CEO of the FIFA foundation spoke at the launch of the ‘Gigaton Challenge’ in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The challenge, launched by UPL Ltd, aims to reduce atmospheric carbon dioxide emissions by 2040 . The partnership was formed through a Memorandum of Understanding, signed between the FIFA Foundation and UPL, in August 2020.
